I’m a certified Pre- & Post-Natal Fitness Coach and a Registered Nurse licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario. With over a decade of experience in Nursing, I’ve witnessed firsthand how lifestyle, stress, and transitions like motherhood or aging affect a women’s health — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My passion lies in preventative care, helping women take control of their health before illness sets in. I believe fitness is more than just workouts — it’s a pathway to confidence, energy, and resilience.

By combining clinical expertise with holistic, functional movement, I create programs that are safe and effective for all women — whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, managing a chronic condition, or simply trying to feel like yourself again.
